[London, 13 September 2023] KDDI Europe today announced a new Managed Detection and Response (MDR) service, available to a wide range of customers through a strengthened partnership agreement with CrowdStrike.

KDDI Europe is further enhancing its security solutions by offering CrowdStrike's new Falcon Complete for Service Providers programme, which enables KDDI Europe to integrate CrowdStrike’s award-winning MDR solution into KDDI Europe’s comprehensive security solutions. By working with CrowdStrike, KDDI Europe, as a global programme founder and a partner, is now able to offer its customer more personalised and tailored services. These services include consulting, architecting, initial deployment, ongoing management and continuous monitoring and improvement of the customers’ business systems.

KDDI Europe is committed to providing security that allows customers to focus on their core business by seamlessly integrating security solutions with customers’ current business processes whilst ensuring the highest levels of protection in key areas that are vulnerable to attack.

The new service will include threat hunting, which actively looks for threats and incorporates intelligence on potential risks, and comprehensive end-end remediation to effectively protect customers' assets in key vulnerable areas such as endpoints, cloud workloads and identities.
